It's a touchy subject but I think it was last weeks Sports Illustarted where someone asked when there was going to be a Rooney Rule for running backs so more whites would get a shot. I think it was a joke!

it just makes me sick how i have to hear this crap every year

i wonder what the percentage of pro athletes are that are black...75-80% or more? this never seems to be brought up by the "minorities"
