This is the official website for the 5Dimes Refund Administration, as authorized by the Department of Justice and the United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Pursuant to an agreement with the Government, 5Dimes stopped servicing U.S. customers and will return all U.S. customer funds. For the funds that were not returned by September 30, 2020, the Government has authorized 5Dimes to contract with a third-party claims administrator, to transfer the unclaimed funds to that administrator, and for the administrator to attempt to return those unclaimed funds to the customers. Any unclaimed funds remaining as of September 30, 2021 will be deemed forfeited to the U.S. Government.

I am aware that ATM Pinnacle doesn't accept bets from people in the USA.
