Ohio St is 37-1 in the last 38 games vs the Wildcats.

Can't see NU winning an over game.

No fans will be allowed at the Big Ten Championship Game next Saturday in Indianapolis.

However, players and coaches will each receive six tickets to distribute to family and friends.

Kickoff time is set for noon ET.

Will be interesting to see how the league office pairs up the remainder of teams for "championship week." Several rivalry games were cancelled due to Covid. Indiana/Purdue, Wisconsin/Minnesota. I would think that making the exception to allow OSU to play for the championship will allow for some flexibility in scheduling.

TYVM Morgan William!!!
The biggest beneficiary of Florida losing today was THE Ohio State who faced a very realistic possibility of not making the F4 if a 1-loss Gators team beat Bama and Clemson beat the Domers.

Now Florida can beat Bama by 60 and they won't jump THE Ohio State in the F4.

Things will get very interesting IF (and it could happen):

Bama wins
Notre Dame wins
THE Ohio State wins
Iowa State loses
Cincy wins

That now leaves it up to the committee to decide between: Texass A&M or Cincy

A&M getting waxed by Bama and barely beating Gators doesn't look as good and I can see Cincy jumping them for the 4th spot (and then getting waxed by Bama) because another Bama/A&M game is not fair to Bama

USC was ranked 15th in the latest CFP poll released last Tuesday.

The Trojans were up five spots from the week before but they still have a LONG way to go.

The fourth Top 25 reveal is set for this Tuesday.

Selection Day is a week from today (Sunday, December 20).

Hearing from an usually reliable source OSU has some serious Covid issues. Only name mentioned was Chris Olave but numerous others as well. Game may be in jeopardy. If true it’s par for the course for 2020.

I missed what they said but this is out there :

Junior wide receiver Chris Olave was the most prominent name listed as unavailable on Saturday morning’s status report. Sam linebacker Baron Browning and punter Drue Chrisman are the other starters who are out against Northwestern.
Other names of note include defensive ends Tyler Friday and Javontae Jean-Baptiste, backup running back Steele Chambers and freshman receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba. He was among the players who might have played more in the absence of Olave.

Starting safety Marcus Hooker is also listed as a game-time decision. Josh Proctor, who was listed as unavailable for the Dec. 5 game at Michigan State, does not appear on the injury report.

Ohio State does not distinguish between illness — such as positive tests for coronavirus — injury or disciplinary reasons for players listed as unavailable. Players who tested positive for COVID-19 must sit out of competition for a minimum 21 days per current Big Ten rules. That means if the Buckeyes win Saturday and are selected for the College Football Playoff, those players may not be available for the semifinals.

Other contributors not previously listed as unavailable include receiver Chris Booker, backup quarterback Gunnar Hoak and safety Bryson Shaw.

Northwestern head coach Pat Fitzgerald's strategy in the first half against heavily-favored Ohio State: AVOID THE KNOCKOUT.
