I'm trying to understand why teams are shying away. Is there still an injury factor? Charger head coach said they took a hard look but no thanks.
They'd rather go into a new stadium with Taylor!? Where are the Steelers in all this? Their qb is a walking injury report.

At this point it would be prudent for him to wait things out, at some point a QB will go down, and that's when his phone will ring, I'm sure the Steelers would have signed him last year when Ben went down instead of using the two stiffs they were forced to

Yes. Teams can't do their own full examination of him. A healthy Cam is still at least a top 20 starter. But no team can be assured of his health. Like Kane said, waiting is his best course now.

Even when he was healthy accuracy was never his strong suit, Drew Brees he isn't, but his last healthy year was 2018 and he completed a career high 68% of his passes and had a QB Rating of 94.2 which was the second highest of his career, trailing only his MVP season of 2015 when he compiled a rating of 99.4. If all the time off has helped heal his body, he could still be a very good QB, he just needs the right situation. I have to think at some point he lands on a roster, just have to wait and see which QB's go down to injury

A team like Buff for instance, would be perfect for Cam, since their starter basically plays the same game.

Newton’s accuracy is embarrassing. He leads or is close to the leader in off target passes every year. If he can’t run, he can’t start anywhere.

I think over time those hits get into your head and you start to play scared. He just wasn't the same player after the super bowl.
