They all cave in with enough pressure, 5 or 6 counties in PA announced they're opening on their own on friday, the sheriffs and district attys said they wont enforce the govs orders either, The Gov is bitching but it sounds like he wont do anything about it.Newsom talks tough but caves in to pressure. As long as 83% follow he is OK with that.
I'm not a fan of Musk, but he's right, mass defiance is called for, 2 months is more than enough, CA does not have a serious problem.he wants lower wages in nevada and texas.... musk knows bad times are coming like 1930

He didn't make a mistake. He bought the facility for a mere 42 million. It would cost 2 billion to move anywhere and produce what he is making in Fremonthe is just using the shutdown just to move... he made a mistake by going to Ca. .he thought the punch bowl would stay full for a decade more... no sir... this is a plot to lower his cost... he is a phony

No way he pulls out. That won't happen
You just dont pick up equipment and move it, the plant is integrated and modified to facilitate production, everything from air handling to waste disposal, it costs a fortune.he might not . Neither of us seen his books. There has to be a reason why he chose more expensive labor ... did he get a deal on something..?. a big plant usually gets a deal cause they are bringing in jobs for the folks
The labor in that plant is dirt cheap. $18-$24 hour for line workers. The rest of the auto workers in the US easily making more than that. Why? Because for every job in the plant, there is 10 people in line to fill that. that is ecause there is very little manufacturing jobs in that area...but a lot of Mexican and Hispanics that need to work. I would say 80% of the line workers are Mexican with no education.he might not . Neither of us seen his books. When i worked at a drug company it would take months to set up a simple bottling line , from installation, to set up, to qualifying each piece of machinery, it cost millions. not to mention working out the bugs.

You have to have a paint shop to paint cars. He has spent over 750 million on the one in the plant. You don't move a paint shop....you build a new one if you have a facility.
if musk had unlimited, Bill gates type money and if Tesla was successful, i could see him doing it, He doesn't and they dont . tesla is in no financial position to piss away a couple billion dollars.
I guess, oh boy, they could crater in a heartbeat. it would take big balls to either buy them, or short them.Tesla stock has gone up 350% the last 8 months. Shouldve jumped on the money train.
