ok general you can put it in the open forum. what do you make of my team? some have told me to dump Sadler and try for something different. open discussion.

after a quick glance try, i think you need more rousch and less sadler and yeley. Maybe Drop Tony, Elliot and yeley for mark martin or carl edwards with k harvick and kasey kahne or casey mears.
