EOG's Best Bet thread for Sunday, May 28

I have a ZILLION plays that get graded today on the final day of the PL season (JK - I will grade all when the day is done):
On games taking place today:
Leeds/Tottenham Ov3 -110...........NO complaints about this line, Ov 3 is now -139 and most books have it 3.25
Bournemouth TT Un0.5 +123....................Now +132 so not the best line but I am 100% sure by halftime when Bournemouth is still scoreless this line will be closer to -200 than +100
Bournemouth +1.25 -117.................GREAT value since +1.25 is -133 and, as expected, this line is now +1 at around +103
Aston Villa +101.....................Around +108 so not the best number
Palace/Forest Ov3 +122.......................Now +114 so some value - no biggie!
Man City -0.75 -103....................Now -105 so no real value
Jaime Vardy to score a goal (+150) AND get a Card (+600): 17-1......Current prices.........The hope here is: IF he scores a goal he removes his shirt in celebration - automatic Yellow Card............not as unlikely as it may seem. 17-1 means this happens just under 6% of the time. Knowing the circumstances IF he scores I put the odds at closer to 20%
These are plays made during the season involving Relegation. I COULD cash all 3. I am 100% assured of cashing at least ONE of the Leeds/Leicester plays. I COULD go 3-0 for +7.00 units. The worst I can do is 1-2 for +0.75 at the worst although I can't see Leeds staying up meaning 1-2 for +1.25 units should be the worst I do
To Stay UP: Everton +140
To be Relegated: Leeds +325, Leicester +275

TYVM for the kind words. Had a good read on things. The Everton line just made no sense. 5 home wins (before Sunday) with 4 of them 1-0 so now they are laying more than 1 goal. Mad at myself for not posting Everton 1-0 win knowing it paid over $7 and really that was the only possible score it could be. I saw Leicester's end of the season schedule and saw no gimmies making me think getting (almost) $3 on them going down was worth a shot.
For me it gets even better because 9 months ago I did this meaning when the game is played instead of having City -500 to hoist the trophy I have them +260. FWIW - I have not hedged one time and will not do so for the final.
