IF Kershaw Opts Put and leaves, Eovaldi would make for a nice replacement. He actually started out drafted by the Dodgers. I'd rather have him for the next 4-5 years than Kershaw and he should cost far less. Only thing is the Dodgers' Front Office will not offer a 5-year deal for 100+M and odds are it will take that to sign him

Eovaldi pitched for five teams (Dodgers, Marlins, Yankees, Rays and Red Sox) over his first seven MLB seasons.

Hard to believe, he missed the entire 2017 MLB season with his third career elbow surgery.
