Ed O'Bannon, haha the Nets drafted him number 9 in 95 I think.

Two rebuilt knees on a number 9.

Sat on the bench cried for his Mom for 2 seasons and quit.
O' bannon and Sonny vaccarro stuck it to the ncaa pretty good.
O'Bannon was selling cars at Findley Toyota in Las Vegas, not sure if he still is.

Haha.

Kevin McHale is a Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall-of-Famer.

Luke Garza will be inducted in the University of Iowa Athletics Hall-of-Fame, next to FISHHEAD's plaque.
In honor of Fishy, add "CommanderBlower" to the EOG glossary. Even include a picture of Fishhead with the entry.

Can't remember the last time the best senior and freshman were white....

Hmmm...

Was there a star freshman the year Jimmer Fredette was a senior?

Researching now.

And, of course, "best" senior and freshman is a matter of opinion.

We're probably better off researching the NBA Draft, not Wooden Award winners.

UCLA freshman team beat the varsity team in 1966. The varsity was coming off back to back national titles.
The freshmen team had some guy named Lew alcindor.

I'm open to suggestions...is there a better frosh than Michigan's Dickinson?

I like Dickinson too.

He has a little nasty streak in him.

Critical for a finesse team like Michigan.

Of course, TT's point about Dickinson's age (20) slightly changes my handicap.

Hunter Dickinson is listed at 7-2.

Want a future hoopster?

Search for women who played college volleyball.

Hunter Dickinson's mother played volleyball at Niagara.

Just read a story in The New York Times about Randy Johnson's daughter.

Her name is Willow and she's an elite volleyball player at age 22.

Played well at the University of Oregon and now she's looking to play professionally.

She stands 6-3.
