This was a steal for Moreno. He got the land adjacent to the Stadium for nothing. I'm happy
the state intervened and said not so fast. Everyone has been bitching about this deal including
the Ducks who had right of first refusal but were rejected by the city.

Another development across the street is dead. Zero business and foot traffic. The area is
predominately industrial. If affordable housing is mixed in it will become complete shit.
