The South Dakota State-Providence matchup Thursday morning is fascinating.

A 4-13 matchup where the #4-seed is only a 2-point favorite over the #13 seed.

The other three #4 seeds in this tournament are Arkansas -5, Illinois -8 and UCLA -13.5.

Not sure who's going to win the SDSU-PU game but I bet the game UNDER 148.5.

I'm counting on Providence's veteran players to home in on SDSU's three-point shooters.

Early morning start time at a neutral site in Buffalo favors the UNDER.
