Does anyone have any clarification on how the new NHL will be graded by the books yet?
Will the shootout count as a goal, as the finals now show, so a final would be 4-3 if it was 3-3 going to the shootout? Then all games would just be money lines like baseball or -1.5 lines.
Or will the half goal still be available for non shootout grading and ties would still be listed as a score?
I would think books may have multiple betting options as they did on the World Championships that involved shootouts.
Maybe Shrink can get Don Best verification on this?
