How can a high rate of home ownership ever be a bad thing?
This is not a political issue. Regardless of who controls the government, home ownership is good.
Not so fast my friend!!!..........
When the Bank has 93% equity in your house and your mortgage payment is 35% of your gross income. Without great job security, this a tricky situation many people are in.
Would LOVE to see how many jobs out of this flourishing cornucopia of jobs there are now (TOTALLY BEWCAUSE OF KING GEORGE'S EXPERT LEADERSHIP) are cashier jobs @ McDs or pumpin doo-doo out of doo-doo trucks!! Do you think the King would mind releasing THOSE statistics?!? NOOOOOOOOOO!! And he certainly doesn't want to raise the minimum wage on those jobs, b/c then all there would be a little nudge in competition for those jobs and there just suddenly wouldn't be as many of them around!
FAKE #s is what this administration has quoted us for years!!
And, to get back to topic, there's NO WAY all these people can afford these houses!! NO WAY!!
assuming your working at the same job you had when you applied for the morgage...the only way i can see this happeneing is if you lie about your income. No bank would approve a home loan with only 7% down and a monthly mortgage payment of 35% of your gross income (at least not when i was home buying in 1998). Tricky situation is right but whos fault is that??

I love it when the ignorant left uses Walmart(the stepping stone ofStepping Stones? Wal-Mart and McD's? That is absolutley the stupidest shit I've ever heard come out of your cake-hole, Joe Dirt!!
Obviosly you haven't visited your local Wal-Mart lately!! There are some real "Movers-And-Shakers" working at mine!! Obviously I'm glad they're working, but they aren't capable of doing ANYTHING else (75% of them)!! So let's pay them enought to at least pay the bills!!
