We are having one of those enormous generators hooked up to our house to protect me from losing POWER when HURRICANES such as the one due tonight near the OUTER BANKS of North Carolina...

I have about an hour of time left I've been told until I lose power most of today...

We have had our share of Hurricanes over the past few years do enough damage and I am sick of losing electricity....

Hopefully, me neighbor may allow me internet access if I suffer from withdrawels...

Have a great day and hopefully, I'll be online by tonight at the very latest...

I do have wireless but it still is connected to a MODUM that requires power..

And yes, I have batteried but have been told that the main source for all of my routing will be off...

Furthermore, ever since I switched to wireless I have had nothing but headaches and problems...

I'm in Virginia Beach and pray that we don't lose power for over a week like in 2003 with Lizabeth. I know what the Shrink means when he says "sick " of loosing electricity! Lucky you're in a house and can use a generator at all. I live in a condo (away) from the beach; but nowhere to put a generator!

I never did understand the paranoid part about smoking pot. It feels like yesterday smoking from wake to sleep, but if I smoke one of them little bastards today, I get paranoid too. :+clueless

I have only done mushrooms as it is relaxing and harmless.

It basically loosens you up and makes me want to go out and also gives me confidence in bed.

It does look like the HURRICANE will hit the OUTER BANKS of NC on it's way out to sea which is very close by to where I live...

It's looking very strange outside now...

Shrink: been in several hurricanes when I lived in Florida. When the winds start up, you'd best be inside, and when it hits, stay away from glass. Hurricanes spawn tornados, and they do that even in the outer bands. That's probably your biggest danger. If the tv/radio/sirens alert about tornados, head for the basement or the interior of the house, pronto, don't hesitate, and wait for the "all-clear".

I have been through several BAD ones too, but we have no basements here in Southern Viirginia since we are so close to sea level...

I don't think this one is going to be that bad...

I might even go for a swim (JUST KIDDING OF COURSE)...

Ok JJ i don't know if you really did mashrooms or maybe it was something else, but i heard from many people that you get really paranoid. Everything changes colors, trees are thin like a match and more. I stopped getting paranoid smoking pot because i got used to it. The only reason i was getting paranoid is because we usually smoke on the street and a lot of cops cruise around because that area has a lot of dealers around.

Cocaine is also an intersting drug.

I wish there was a storm here in N.Y. I love to be outside when it's windy and chaotic. Not chaotic to a degree where trees are falling =/

This is one SLOW MOVING MF that is expected to hit the OUTER BANKS of NC tonight/tomorrow...

When IZABELLE hit there, I only lost my power for ONE WEEK!!!!

However, it looks like my area won't be devestated, or so they say now...

Just 40-60 MPH winds here where I live in Chesapeake maniana...

Heck, they even cancelled that sorry ass SOFTBALL TEAM'S games that I sponsor for tonight and was planning to attend...

Well, in all fairness they are 4-0 in this new FALL LEAGUE...
