Yes, this is a big accusation. One, would assume that his lawyer gave him good advice? I would like to see a lot of people there take a lie detector test. But, doubt it will happen. If I was the lawyer / I would want that to feel confident my client was telling the truth.
I wouldn't have a problem with this if the owner would say something like. "let's let some of the younger guys get a chance to play / see what they can do". Maybe, they will be good some day? Tell the whole team / everybody here gets a chance to play and when you do give it your best.

Exactly, the Dolphins wanted to tank that year, but for whatever reason they signed Ryan Fitzpatrick, the fans down here were surprised, Fits isn't great but everyone knew he was good enough to win a handful of games, signing him made no sense for an organization wanting to lose. They should have started Josh Rosen, who they gave up a second round pick for, and considering how bad he was, they likely would have had a terrible record and tanked the season, but Fitz played well enough to win them some games, which wasn't part of Ross's plan, so the unanswered question is, why would an owner agree to sign a veteran QB knowing it hurts his chances to tank the season, then again anything this franchise does rarely makes any sense

I thought Flores did a solid job in Miami and was surprised he was axed. I do have to believe that lawsuits like this are NOT going to help his chances to get a second HC job, however.
If he goes and becomes a coordinator somewhere, does well, maybe he gets another shot in 3-4 years. People have short term memories and will forget this in 3 years. But for now? It's too fresh in their minds.

Ross is a Michigan man, he cares more about that school than he does his own team, when rumors started flying around about Harbaugh heading to the NFL, Ross was of course asked if he had any intention of going after him, since Ross tried once before to hire him, it seemed only logical he would make another run at him, but Ross said he wasn't going to be the guy who took Harbaugh away from Michigan, even though Harbaugh wanted to leave college, Ross refused to be the one to take him away from his beloved school, so he ends up in Minnesota and the Michigan alumni can't blame Ross, and he'll end up with Kellen Moore as his head coach, the question will then become who replaces Moore in two years when he shits the bed. I really hate being a Dolphin fan, the Marino memories can only last so long

Flores went scorched earth, I highly doubt he gets another head coaching job, which is a shame since the guy can flat out coach, his firing by Miami had nothing to do with his on filed coaching

Also, Flores is a very bright guy, of course he knows the ramifications of what he's doing, he knows he probably will never coach again, so kudos to him for risking everything to stand up for what he believes in, you can agree with him or not, but the guy has guts to do what he's doing
