i think nobody can get money out of it.. That was settled last year. The businesses can get rid of you. OJ's lawyer dershowitz was on tv saying the employee would lose unless there is religion , some other little things.

That seems weak. Seems like going through the contract and not finding anything that would allow them to fire him (without paying) for not taking a vaccine that didn't exist when he signed. That would be great planning by the school's lawyer to sneak that in.

Firing yes but paying in fool on the way out. Depends what is in the contract, if it is guaranteed unless bad boy behavior which this is not.
