But he was a scout asst...etc in Washington..Redskins draft sucked he also spent some time in philly

I agree and disagree.

He is smart and knows his stuff. But he also "misses" on stuff, too. It's just that we overlook at the "misses" he has.

He would make a good addition to a front office. Just not sure about GM
