This game is like Appy state playing Michigan,all I could come up with that you could relate to mate.
They are part timers,they are amateurs who work a normal job and play cricket as well

Truly a gulf in class, when you hear that. These guys have to request time off from work to make the match.
Good info, manUK. You hear about the amateurs in soccer. The FA Cup is open to "pub teams", and some small nations use semi-pros.

The majority of their cricket is 20/20(the quicker more frantic format) so they play very loose and haphazard ,so they score quick but take chances....either they come off and score big total or they get bowled cheap

You have probably gathered this by now but others a reading so.
There are 2 balls used,1 at either end.When a ball is new,it is hard and shiny.The ball has one seam that runs right along the middle.
When the ball is hard and new it moves more in the air and off the pitch(off pace bowlers) it also flys off the bat quicker obviously.Once the balls become older batting becomes easier cause the ball does less.So seeing the shine and newness off the ball and keeping wickets in hand for later is a big thing.So hence bowling sides HAVE to make the new balls count and take wickets.

Khurram Khan is the best UAE batsman and he the pivotal batsman for them to post a total.
That wicket then sums them up,any world class batsman just ducks and leaves that .

I tried it. Didn't seem to work. A lot of times, Americans are blocked from BBC broadcasts.

These two are doing it very nicely at the minute,there is no need for big shots or anything risky,both well set,milk the next 15 overs for 4-5 an over ,170 with 13 overs left then an assault.All mental from here in

1) Specifically, what did West Indies do wrong vs Ire?
2) I know Australia is the host. I'd think Bangladesh may have the pedigree to be live as the big dog.
3) England is a laughing-stock, off latest performance. Would have to think they're over-priced. Is there extra sentiment to not be 2nd-rate vs a British Isle team?
