This theory has been around in the past 5 years. Not sure where it started, but it was long before Chavez pointed it out. I do know there was a tremendous run of overs in the Sunday night games. MLB is desperate for attention. Nothing like this should surprise anyone.

MLB produces its baseballs here in Costa Rica.

No public tours are available at the Rawlings plant.

The First Televised NBC game did not go over but it was close. I hit the under but it was a small sweat
