Jimmy Wynn?
Then I’ll guess Reggie. He was pretty light early in his career.
I was trying to remember Jackson’s old baseball cards as he was pretty wiry, stole 30+ bases early in his career also.Jackson? Way too big at 200 and up. Think Reggie Smith also around 200.

Your last post eliminated my final guess - Garvey. I don’t think he hit 40 though.
Ben Oglivie
Bingo
6'2" 160 lbs. They called him the "Banana Man". He could generate a lot of torque with a vicious swing.
Funny story about Ogilvie-when I was a kid working at the golf course he used to regularly use our putting green and range in Tempe (post retirement) shocking how small he was although I’d say 6-2 is a very generous height
I asked him who the hardest throwing pitcher he ever faced. He said JR Richard in the all star game in dodger stadium. He said it was twi light with shadows and he couldn’t see the ball. Said he just wanted to strike out as quickly as possible to get out of there
Excellent question Valuist
The other guy I had in mind was Mel Ott but I actually had to compare weights to decide.
