Birdie's blowing hard at the three-minute mark.

Admire the forehand.

And the full head of hair.

Birdie would beat me in straight sets.

He needs to do this for 60 minutes, 5x per week. And get a new plan with the diet. He's gonna croak soon if he doesn't realize how bad off he is.

i realize i need to lose weight, but only very elite athletes can do that 60 minutes straight. i have an eating disorder, gambling disorder, i use to masturbate too much but stopped that 5 years ago. but i get your point, and i have rebooted exercise and am eating oatmeal which regulates me some. am making better decisions since i beat my inoperable brain tumor last year, still have undiscipline days tho.

Get some discipline with the diet and take care of this shit. You already know how to get in shape from the exercise standpoint. You used to be an athlete. You have it in you. Stop making excuses and do it. Seriously.

This is a time to progress. Not regress.

Get out and get some fresh air. Walk. Run. Hit a fucking tennis ball against a wall. Whatever it takes. And eat well. That's even more important.

Get in new habits if you need to. We are all creatures of habit. He looks bad. He needs to change it up. Needs something.

You’ve often told us that people who drink and smoke are mentally weak. The same can be said for people who are unhealthy because of poor diet and lack of exercise. There’s a program for everyone. You have no excuses-you can do it if you have the discipline and mental strength.

Sorry, but he's not changing a fucking thing. If you hate gays, blacks, Asians, Mexicans, Immigrants, and Jews, that's who you are and who you'll always be, this racist piece of shit isn't changing his attitude toward other human beings, he's a fake Christian and always will be

something athletic

The only things I can still do in my sleep at age 44? A five step drop. Step up in pocket. Hit a deep post route. Laser. In stride.

The reverse out, play action pass. Corner route to the TE, or drop off in the flat to the FB coming out of the backfield. (I Pro R, 24 lead Pass).

Could walk out of bed and hit those routes like it was nothing. After I stretch a few minutes. Of course.

Badminton believe it or not is much more physical
Both require a lot of twisting and turning
Railbird has a decent forehand but hits the ball flat and he always needed to be in position to hit the ball that’s why he let it bounce twice before he hit ball most times

I been playing 3 times a week lately
Try bending your knees and two handed backhand

Bending your knees is critical in every sport.

I never had the strong core required to be an elite athlete.

Once saw a badminton tournament held at the Pond in Anaheim.

No surprise, Asians dominated the action.

Loved watching it.

My thinking is
I would strongly suggest upgrading your fitness
also your footwork was lazy
your enthusiasm and focus regressed as the tape continued as did your follow through on your strokes
which IMO is fitness related.
