I always knee-jerk to UNDERS in doubleheader games.
Here's something I read a few years ago: Veteran pitchers are usually given the choice to pitch the first game or the nightcap of a doubleheader.
The more veteran of the two pitchers going that day usually chooses the opening game of the doubleheader.
