Need some help w/NETELLER

I recommended a guy to neteller but they will not activate his acc't unless they can call him back, back to a landline phone. This guy makes a nice income but has no need for a "home" phone. He has one of the latest mobile/cell phones that will do most anything but neteller told him his cell phone number isnt acceptable.

More and more people especially 20 somethings are not paying for a landline "home" phone. There has to be a work around for this?

Sam--You are right, my sister's kids both have their own jobs, apts, etc etc and for some reason only use cell phones.
I don't know exactly what Neteller is looking for except maybe that cell phone numbers are not listed (I don't think anyway) in the phone directories. Could be wrong about that one. That's the only thing that makes sense to me about it.
