Just saw on the local news here in Virginia...Police have warned people in Portland Oregon; DO NOT CALL 911 TO REPORT NO TOILET PAPER. (just when I thought that I had heard it all).. Of course, wonder how many calls they got to issue that warning. I had to hear it twice on another local news channel to be certain that I heard correctly!
