New Windows Update?

This morning when turning on computer there was a strange Update Screen ..I hit "Skip For Now".
Is this something that can't be ignored for very long? I'm not computer skilled in any way.

go to setttings...then update & security...it would show you there if updated ……….... sounds like it was already if not just update it...
