North Dakota casinos fully reopening

The north dakota governor just announced they're going to level green - that means table games can restart - up till now it's just been a few slots.

It also means bars can be 75% open, large gatherings can resume, weddings, all that jazz.

I know there's a lot of north dakota travelers here,lol.
