Yup, bannon is right - HB-1's are fine but now it's being used to bring in cheap labor - right now a co is required to pay the going rate to foreigners but they cheat. They need to force them to pay double, which would cut out 90% of the cheating and we could still bring in really smart foreigners, just not on the cheap.

it's not a spat - ukraine ended the agreement to move gas through pipelines that pass through ukraine - YES they have continued to operate all along since ukraine made money off the fees. So it'll hurt ukraine, hurt european countries, while having only a small effect on russia since they can simply move the gas elsewhere.
