I know, previously stated wasn't going to list the NHL but will until if and when it starts to interfere with the time limits needed for the winter/spring wagering event(s).

incomeraise,

Sorry man, this was a last minute type decision. Only posting the N.H.L. on two boards and will do so until it begins to create a problem for the winter/spring main wagering event. Look at it this way, you (and everyone else) will get to judge the results for yourself (be they bad or good). You've seen the M.L.B. results, the N.H.L. 'madness' uses a similar scale. Just remember, when looking at the results cash is more important than win rate.

incomeraise,

Thank you. As previously mentioned, posting the N.H.L. only on a pair of boards (unlike M.L.B.) and only if/until it becomes problematic for the winter/spring wagering event(s). Seriously, don't plan on winning the entire season like the first few nights (overall) have gone. There will be a back lash at some point(s) along the way. BOL to you this season.

I understand that there will b some losing days...thats where money managment will be important...the funny thing is that ieven though my bankroll is not as big as urs(therefore my 1 unit is 2 to 3 times smaller)i still think I ll make money following u..just wish I did it with baseball...the lessonhas been learned so even if u decide to stop posting ur plays in a month or 2 that still give me some time to make some cashthanks again

Thanks man. It shows you got your head screwed on right. Not everyone's bankroll and/or units are the same but long as a person keeps the same ratio by the end of the season more times than not, they will be cash positive. Fade or follow, the choice is yours (as well as others). Just remember, you're the one making the final choice and are accountable for your actions (not myself). Similar to bases, there will be times when being on team "A" makes as much sense as a $2 whore in church on Sunday. You're welcome and have fun this season.

Yes, it should have been listed the other way. Trying to learn a spread sheet someone made and obviously placed in the wrong column. While spread sheets may be second hand to many here, have never used one opting for the pen and paper instead. If there happens to be a discrepancy/mistake in the thread, please make mention of it so it can be looked into further.

$1100 on ATL last night with the showing that they put on was a nasty result. I don't have the guts to bet that heavy on a team this is player with one of their best players (Hossa) still banged up. Not sure how much longer Hartley can survive here.

NoNewbieca,

Thank you for your comments and you taking the time to read the thread. The ATL was not pretty but it is what the method/system called for and I don't deviate from it very often. For M.L.B. it was less than five times for the season and one can expect that from the N.H.L. season as well. ATL will get it together and will cause a nice/very nice payoff when that occurs. Teams for the most part have played less than seven games to this point in the season, so I'm not overly concerned about this early drought. BOL to you this season.

I see you're doubling the bet here on ATL. With the dismissal of coach Hartley, this may be all that you need.

What's the system?

The NJ money looks good here, with their comeback from behind against the Pens. Vokoun stood on his head against the Habs earlier in their win over MTL. I would like to think that TOR will bounce back after a bad loss against Sabres.

GL - always like reading your insight. Would love to know more about the system.

Mike - a couple of things to consider here. First off, I like OTT in the game because they are at home and they do not play much in the next little while. They'll be rested and hungry.

Second there are rumours swirling around that Kovalev may be moved to Calgary for Alex Tanguay (a good move for both teams in my mind). Finally Price is in net, and he is really good. A rookie who will turn heads, but not sure he is ready for the firepower of OTT. If the Kovalev deal happens and he is out of the lineup, then OTT for sure IMO.

Good Evening NoNewbieca,

The system has a number of factors/filters. Each of them carries a certain percentage (weight). Team must be in certain range while other in another. If all are correct and true, then there is a play. Amount is determined by an assortment of factors as well.

Will try to get back to the rest of your post/response either during the next period break/after the game or Friday. Sorry, that's all there's time for currently.

:cheers

Was thinking about you when I saw the ATL score pop up. Nice call, and a very good evening. Some good money upsets last night with DET, ATL, and NYI.

I am wondering about your progressive betting strategy mostly. Is the idea that you keep pumping it up waiting for that inevitable win? A streak like the Rockie streak in baseball would make that hard to keep doing without a big bankroll. I am small potatoes here, for recreational fun only.
