Pinnacle Drop Down Box

Everybody who bets at Pinnacle knows about their differing odds in the drop down box. Now they offer different odds on the vast majority of the College Football games, but not all of them. I have a couple ideas on why they keep some games at fixed lines only.

What do you guys think?

1/2 point at -30 is worth 1 cent and at 13 1/2 maybe 7 cents? Obscure games - maybe Pinny doesn't even know the value side?
