Fresno NM game. They call 2 penalties on kick of 3rd Q, each side, setting up replay of kick. However. During the play they determine a player used the crown in a manner to call targeting. Player gets sent packing for a play that had to be replayed because of other penalties. Say what! Play never took place as a result of off setting, but targeting stands. Really, player goes out.
