Not that at least I'm aware of, Railbird.
But my understanding of these mobile apps is that they function anywhere within the state.
Of course, with the physical book still being closed, I believe this taking bets via app again on May 7 will make betting available to only those who previously activated a SuperBook app and -- as a practical matter -- still have sufficient funds on hand in their SuperBook app account to make worthwhile wagers.
Haven't read up on the SuperBook app rules, etc., but I would imagine that one can fund their Nevada app account only at the physical book at the Westgate, which is not currently open.
I withdrew my MGM app down to I think it was $120 the day before they started shutting things down as -- based on the uncertainties at the time -- I didn't want to have to possibly chase after any significant funds later if things really went (further) south (than they have).
Not sure if other bettors took similar action with their app accounts with other books such as the SuperBook.
Earliest I've heard on the fly of overall properties taking room reservations -- as an indirect indicator of when physical books might be open again -- earlier than the Wynn I think it was taking reservations for Memorial Day weekend (perhaps having read John's post toward that end). Reservations previously were taken for earlier dates by some properties along the way, but I saw that they later backed away from those earlier dates.
Last I saw, our governor wasn't giving any indications of lifting his lockdown order any time soon.
