The best no-look pass of all-time

I have questions. Odd way to fall. Consistent with stage collapsing not falling off. Straight down. Fall should have been backwards.

You witness someone take a fall like that and you walk away? There should be more camera angles. Maybe there is context missing.

Of course he is for PR. When it mattered, he turned around and took another drink of his booze.
I wonder if he would be paying her medical bills had the accident not been recorded, who knows. It reminds me of one of my favorite all time quotes. "Character is doing the right thing when nobody's looking"

Prolly can't help for threat of being sued. Sad world we live in but people play every angle possible in woke america.

This argument would be a copout. Almost all states have Good Samaritan laws that protect bystanders from being sued for giving minimal aid and comfort until proper medical aid arrives. Generally, someone with no first aid training would be OK to help the victim move out of danger, call for help, and provide comfort.

Nobody had better no look passes than 'Pistol' Pete Maravich.

Your head will spin with his YouTube highlights.
For as great as he was, he's still underrated, he was Steph Curry before Steph Curry, only with better handles, he was a magician with the basketball, if he was playing in today's NBA he would average 50 a game, his typical jump shot was from three point range, except they only counted as 2 since there was no three point shot back then

You are dating yourself, kane. I now know you are older than me. Pistol Pete before my time.
I'm not older than you, I never saw the Pistol play, but I've seen numerous highlights of him and I've seen a couple of documentaries about him, and the guy was a basketball genius

Not to sound blasphemous but I watch NBA players every night of the week and they make "Pistol Pete" look ordinary.

Here's a quote from Pat Riley to support my opinion, as printed in a 1978 edition of Sports Illustrated:

"Maravich is the most overrated superstar who ever came down the pike. Every guard in the league wants to send a limo to pick Pete up at the airport and play against his soft defense. I not only don't think Pete could play any other way, I don't think he wants to."

Can you imagine Maravich playing against the Bad Boys of Detroit or guarded by Harper or Pippen of the Bulls?

Get that weak shit out of here, JK. The password is context. Pat Riley in 1978 was a bitter, washed up rival. That proves nothing.

Players today don't pass the rock. They jack up 3's and do retarded dunks when they are not kneeling and flopping. I'll ride with PIstol over Furry.

He's the NCAA all time leading scorer, he averaged 44 points per game in an era when the three point shot didn't exist, if it did, he would have easily averaged 50 a game

People drool all over Curry, Pete was just as good a shooter and with the same range, but with better handles, don't get the non love for the guy, but each to his own opinion

Maravich was s great college player, was not able to show what he could do in the NBA because of injuries.
Finished his career with the Celtic's playing on one leg.

Bingo!

The YouTube highlights make me question Maravich's NBA legacy.

I'm from louisiana so I loved Pistol but wrong, wrong and wrong. Curry is clearly the best shooter ever on planet earth (no close second) and he also has way better handles than the Pistol had. Passing nod would go to Pistol.

Stop it.

Stop it right now.

Steph Curry is the greatest shooter in the history of the NBA.

And if you don't believe me, Reggie Miller declared it last night during the All-Star Game telecast.
