In the Oregon-Oregon State game, the refs missed an obvious call near the goal line when an Oregon defender grabbed the leg of an Oregon State player and tried to pull him out of the monkey pile.

That's a flag every time for unsportsmanlike conduct.

NCAA football rule was introduced in 2015.
