I think it's possible to have super efficient construction, etc and still not affect freedom one iota.

The point of that video I posted was that china is NOT using massive numbers of cheap labor(in possibly unsafe conditions), they are using ultra modern methods that speed construction immensely.

The article even mentioned that ships engines have a tough time starting up sometimes, supposedly that's exactly what happened - the fuel is shitty and the engines dont work well until fully warmed up.
