I am not sure exactly who is responsible but some gov't official should have anticipated this situation and prepared for it. Trump sure wasn't going to do anything. Indeed, he incited it. A remarkable test for our democracy. Is that Dell Dude sitting in Pence's chair? As a Washington veteran, I can tell you that chairs are literally and figuratively important in the nation's capital.

BINGO! He is loving every minute of it. When people go assigning blame for losing GA - State/Senate - Der Fuhrer has to be the #1 person blamed. Had he just accepted his loss odds are the Repubs would have won at least 1 seat if not both.
