What a joke. 1st they send me an email that says I'm no longer eligible to receive bonuses or participate in any contests or promotions and then they slash my limits and now wont even honor any of the promotions that I took part in before they sent me the original email. I've been cut off before but the book has always honored everything up until that point.

WH doesn't slash limits, they ban you. Other books will limit you to a dime or less, depends on the sport and the situation. Like in Nevada you'll get places that limit you to $100 or less on the app, but a dime if you go to a counter on major sports, a nickel on lesser sports.
