If pushes count as no play he should be allowed another pick that day IMO. What if he pushes all of his games and the deadline comes and he cant finish, or what if he has 3 plays left on the last day and plays a late game that pushes and there isnt anything else to play. bad rule.

If a push doesnt count as a play, it is basically like it is erased since not counted in your record. If you keep it in your record it is a pick. YOu are wrong...CHONG

That is the rule. That means you can only give out three plays a day. Whether they win, lose, or push... is irrelevant. Three plays a day... and the rule isn't being changed.
