Which is why it was hastily put together. After the election it needs to be done over and have a set national plan put into place. Different states with different rules just looks bad.

You are absolutely correct. In a Democracy, the people vote who they want in office. NOT the President. That's not a Democracy. The people have spoken and the results have been tabulated.
