Why would Urban Meyer’s skill set translate to the pros?

What can he do that will make a winning upgrade?

Other than to say yeah I coached in the NFL, I don’t get this one too much. 12 mil is 12 mil but I doubt he’s broke. Plus he’ll have a smaller payroll to play with then he did at Florida and OSU lol
