Vegas customer service was tons better back in the day when employees treated it as career. When the migration of folks came
from California who worked at Chili's, TGIF et all and treated it as a job not a career said service took a dive. Retail service
versus Vegas service is apples and oranges.

Customer service always suffers when there is low unemployment. Employers are desperate in filling jobs, especially service oriented.
