It's pot limit and better players which reduces the variance and volatility. plus I'm really good at it.

Uh, no.
PLO by nature is one, if not the most swingy and high variance game you can play. Even the best in the world will have 50 buy in+ swings pretty routinely. Even 100+ buy in swings are pretty common.

I do the 6 persons that way you only have to knock out 3 people. Otherwise you have to knock out 5 people for the same amount of money.
