If he planned to retire at 45, there's no excuse to reject if he's offered the 2 years at a sensible price.
This will probably be a showdown between Kraft and BB. BB knows when players have hit their wall and doesn't hesitate to cut bait. Anyone who watched Brady last year could see he's got nothing left in his arm. BB adjusted the play calls because of that.
