only thing i do not like is that after 2 years you can ask for reinstatement. i understand, it doesn't mean you will get it. but, after 3 strikes that should not be an option...
a smart chemist with no morals will be 1 step ahead of the testing labs and there wil soon be enhanced players swinging for the fences once again. Sorry to be negative but the fact remains sports is now more about money than the "game" and until that changes, players will spend top dollar to beat the next guy. Its the American way.

There is a provision in the policy that they can add drugs and steroids as they see fit. Just like the IOC....That way they can keep up with the Victor Conte Type's.....this policy makes the rest of the sports pale in comparison....The only one that is stronger is the IOC....and one that strong will never get passed unless congress makes it Mandatory under the INterstate Commerce Act.
