For you to even mention charity in any sentence you say is an absoute farce. Once the gambling forums are done what are you to do? Get a job and pay your debts loser.

not a word. I got his email from a bud and emailed him earlier today. I am pretty sure many posters are hoping he stiffs me, but those same posters would be demanding that I pay him 14k had I lost. As far as Whalewager/George Jefferson who was holding his money, he has been rude to me and had no business sending the money back to lapdance. He was holding it for a reason. I thought he was impartial, but as it turns out he is buds with Lapdance. My guess is they have done business together in the past.
If Laptop does not pay it is a stiff job plain and simple. Putting up his money with a friend and then getting it back is not the way to handle things. If I had been required to post up 14k with Whalewager, I would hate to have to get it back from him. They should have been upfront about their relationship instead of letting me assume it was an unbiased relationship.
