Where will Carson Wentz play next year?

Eagles
Dolphins
Colts
Patriots
Jets
Washington
Vikings

Lots of choices out there....I would say the Colts have the inside track....

Other than the Colts thats a lot of teams with not much to offer offensively. I think the Colts make the most sense financially, but they might be ready to take a shot with Eason or give Rivers one more year on a lower contract. The rest make sense, but Wentz's contract makes me think its going to be a tough deal to pull off.

I seriously hope the Eagles keep him...would like to see Wentz start next year with a capable Hurts in the wings....more teams will keep a capable QB on their roster next year to back up the starter....

The Eagles will be younger next year with a better offensive line...even Brady and Manning had sup par years in the league....

I think Wentz could be great again although he did say he wants out of Philly.

Carson Wentz and current Indianapolis head coach Frank Reich worked closely with one another for two years in Philly.

Wentz went downhill after Reich left.

frank riech was a pretty good qb with the bills after jim kelly. Probably one the best 2nd string in his day,

Wentz is a statue, bad pocket instincts, whoever signs him better have a great offensive line

That wasn't him a few years ago. I think the bad line got him jumpy and making bad decisions. He's plenty mobile enough, he'd probably do just fine in Indy. Thinking back to the SB winning team, he had a very good line but not a ton of weapons, and man he was accurate. Someone will take a shot to see if they can revive that Wentz.

There's always a possibility that recycled qbs could always end up in Jacksonville ala the Nick Foles route. Not sure these days most of the league has much faith in Jake Luton (although he's young) and Gardner Cashew, God bless you, starter or backup.

Jax is the last place he ends up. The whole value with a QB like Lawrence is he costs you nearly nothing. Add on a backup making NFL starter's wage and there's zero benefit. Now if Wentz somehow got released from his deal and a team ate all he's guaranteed, things could change. Doesn't seem like we are anywhere near that stage yet.

I had to throw a gentleman's longshot given previous history and the journey of ex Philly QB's.

He might follow Foles.....to Chicago if Mitch is jettisoned.
