You could agrue he is not the MVP of his own team and I didn't even include A-Rod there. Just because he hit a 3 run homer against Tampa Bay tonight doesn't mean he should be even considered MVP if the season went longer. The Yankees MVP is Mariano Rivera without him and the Yankees are toast without Giambi the Yankees are still putting up 5-6 runs a game.
