I’m at 9.5....too close to Thailand for me and I hear horrible things about it here and in the states...would be a 10 but not for ridiculous comments by those who should know better....

About the Virus itself...........low

Knowing who is (sadly) in charge here in the USA and his track record (not a good one)............VERY HIGH!

The Mentally Unstable Orange Skin Psychotic Failed Businessman Jackass we sadly elected on Nov 8, 2016 (A Day which will live in Infamy) has shown e is incapable of doing anything right. The ONE thing DOCTOR Ben Carson could have done well for this Country - he was not given the chance to do so. Instead we have someone as incompetent as #IQ45 in charge. WE ARE FUCKED!

1 niece is nurse in NYC. once i heard they have the area closed off inside hospital sort of like the bubble boy in Seinfeld, is everything stops in your life. They closed the 1st casino in the USA in Oregon. Now that it is a major concern. so i bump it up to 10 .

3. I don't touch my face and wash my hands when necessary. As the warmer months commence the concern and spread of this virus will considerably slow.

9, it's gonna get really bad, 100's of thousands will die, maybe a million.

If that's the case most of us will know someone who dies, posters will die, celebrities and politicians will die.

About a 4. It's extremely contagious but if one is in decent shape and not over 70, it should be just another virus. Supposedly the virus can stay alive on surfaces for several days.

Millions have it and have no idea and may never know they had it. They still spread it.
How would one get tested in this (not-so) great country?
No kits, no idea you could be dead if elderly and infected. We suck. Pence in charge of it? C'mon guys.
Put politics aside. One of the most serious things ever. Don't be dumb. You have 1 Life.
When I agree with Railbird, you should be very worried.
0 dead last Wednesday. 11 this Wednesday (in US). How many next Wednesday? The following?
Math gives 0 fucks about us as does this COVID-19. It is sinister.

Watch the Dr Sanjay Gupta special on CNN tonight if you seek Truth..

Hate to be mean or insensitive, but I had a guy at a networking breakfast today come up with the perfect analogy. He talked about how they re-introduced the grey wolves into Yellowstone to basically cull the herds that had over populated the park and killed off vegetation. 20 years later vegetation has grown back, the wolves are still not a crazy number and the animals they hunt are still found in large enough numbers. He said that's what viruses like this do, they cull the weak and old humans who can't survive the battle of life. The more we overpopulate and overuse the resources of earth, the more likely viruses like this will come along to cull our population.

Not the friendliest way to put it, but spot on.

In my 40s and for whatever reason I rarely get the flu or cold. I have little worry about the virus now, but have a small concern it could mutate into something much worse, which is the risk we have with all viruses. As for the older people, they die a lot from the flu every year. They really need the flu shot but most still don't want it. The risks you face as you get older.

Will there be baseball this season? Some people say to play without fans, but I dont think you could play at all, as soon as 1 player tests positive, his teammates would be quarantined so you couldn't play. Can you really forfeit? You cant have a league with some teams playing, some not.

it could happen. The leagues are looking close. For the most part they all fly together except a few.
