All picks must be made at tracks here in the US it will graded as a loss.

If he only had 24 picks because of this he did not meet the 25 needed picks for that day and can not move on in the contest.

Ok that makes sense.

I guess it would be best if i had just said nothing till it was all over then make the call on it! So by me saying anything on it allowed him to make that correction not only on that play but twice on miss numbering his picks.

This is not anything against Wolf, but more of an understanding on how to handle such matters in the future!
Also nobody shall be allowed to step in & let either player know of any mistakes he makes.
It's up to each player to keep his own game well managed! :cheers
