So California has the worst drought in 1200 years and we need to address it in a meaningful way. What does that mean? Chicago has the worst winter in history. What should we do? Before you try and put the US economy out of business why not go to China and protest their carbon footprint? And why do you figure we got out of the drought 1200 years ago? Maybe instead of the so called bullet train we should lay a pipeline for water to flow from Washington and enjoy the weather!!!!

I'm not Mr Zit but let me give it a try. Humans built along a waterfront that for thousands and millions of years has seen sea levels rise and fall. We are here in a blip of history. In the meantime Elon Musk is working on a hyperloop and self driving cars that will replace any train on tracks. And you support government involvement? You cant be this F'n $@*^%#!!!!!!

I will say that the Governor has been way too lax on imposing water conservation. Last year he did nothing. He only acted when it's too late. The American River near the Watt Avenue Bridge has almost dried up. The American River has NEVER dried up. This year may be the first time.
