Because of this month's technical difficulties, the August edition of EOG's Grand Challenge has been postponed.

Valued EOG contributor 2W2P2S has agreed to return at a later date to take a run at the money in the interest of his two favorite charities (www.sctbrescue.org and www.fullertoncares.com).

Was this a mutual decision? Crick plays the races daily. I'm sure using up the remaining bankroll in 2 weeks would not have been a problem. The sports challenge I can see postponement. Plus for selfish reasons I would have liked to see his stuff.

I left the decision up to him.
